IT-Architect / Enterprise Architect

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Further development of the enterprise architecture of the RONAL GROUP, taking into account the IT strategy
- Development of a modern, future-proof target architecture and its roadmap for implementation
- Establishment of a governance structure with rules and processes to efficiently manage IT systems
- Detailed documentation of the technical architecture (LUY), which includes the information and data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture
- Introduction of standards, guidelines, and requirements in close coordination with process owners, as well as their review and compliance
- Supporting departments in selecting suitable technologies
- Leading and participating in international IT projects as well as innovation projects for the RONAL GROUP
- Contributing to the integration of technology solutions into the current RONAL GROUP IT landscape
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable education
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international industrial environment (IT/OT)
- Deep expertise in modern IT architecture and enterprise architecture and their tools (TOGAF, ISA-95, LUY)
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
- Analytical and structured working style
- Strong hands-on mentality combined with a service and customer-oriented approach
- Confident demeanor combined with intercultural competence
- International travel activity: approx. 10%
