To strenghten our Group IT Engineering & Operations team at our location in Härkingen (SO/Härkingen) we are looking for a motivated teamplayer as:
System Engineer - Digital Workplace
100% (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining and maintaining technical specifications for the setup and operation of digital workplaces in the RONAL GROUP
- Reviewing and enhancing security-related specifications and settings of digital workplaces
- Managing user access, configurations, integrations and troubleshooting related to collaboration platforms
- Evaluating, specifying and implementing digital workplace devices based on business requirements
- Managing software provisioning, packaging and distribution for digital workplaces across the RONAL GROUP
- Ensuring secure, stable and cost-effective operation of the server environment (cloud and on-premise) in the context of the digital workplace initiative
- Handling incident-, problem- and change-management within the designated area of responsibility
- Participating in projects related to digital workplace
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher education (Bachelor's or Master degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven work experience (min. 2-4 years) as a Digital Workplace Specialist
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external customers
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Strong focus on quality and reliability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Teamplayer with an open mind-set
