To strengthen the RONAL GROUP team at our locations in Jičín or Pardubice, we are looking for a motivated team player for the position of:
Casting Technology Expert
(m/f)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development of the casting process with water cooling
• Monitoring, problem solving and correction of deviations in the operational casting process
• Technical involvement in the realization of customer projects in the quotation, sample and production process
• Co-responsibility in the operational development of the Ronal-specific casting process globally
• Collaboration in the introduction of new process technologies through potential analysis, creation of test plans, data analysis and reporting
• Coaching local teams and process specialists on process related issues as required
• Interpretation of computer simulations of the casting process
• Participation in global/local meetings as required
• Cooperation with other Ronal casting teams
YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor/Master in the field of casting engineering
• Graduate or up to approx. 8 years of professional experience
• Process-specific expertise such as metallurgy in the aluminium sector, heat treatment, tool design, etc.
• Analytical work with complex data
• Methodical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Fluent english skills
• High ability to work in a team, communicative, flexible, able to resolve conflicts
