Manufacturing Systems Engineer
100% (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluation, planning, conceptualization, testing, and implementation of systems and solutions in the OT environment of the RONAL GROUP
- Driving and coordinating the standardization of IT/OT services across all RONAL GROUP subsidiaries
- Enhancing overall cyber security maturity throughout RONAL GROUP manufacturing sites
- Ensuring compliance and operation of implemented solutions in alignment with the IT strategy
- Providing consultation on IT/OT architecture projects in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Improving efficiency, effectiveness, and automation of operational and cyber security processes
- Managing projects in manufacturing IT and industrial cyber security
- Creating and maintaining technical and procedural documentation and overviews
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of operational technology (IT/OT) and manufacturing software applications (SCADA/MES)
- Solid understanding of common industry standards in the field of OT (ISA-95, IEC 62443, OPC UA, or comparable standards)
- Deep expertise in industrial IT networking and cyber security
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; German and any additional language are a plus
- Team player with experience working in international and intercultural teams
- Willingness to travel internationally, up to 10%
