We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Application Owner to join our team in Wałbrzych or Jelcz-Laskowice, Poland.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for SAP application processes in the area of EAM
- Design and control of associated interfaces to peripheral systems in the field of EAM
- Communication and coordination with the departments involved
- Cooperation with other specialist departments (e.g. production, planning, controlling, quality management, purchasing)
- Customer advice on process analysis and optimization
- Recording and analysis of new requirements, designing, specifying and implementing solutions in the SAP environment in cooperation with the project team and the specialist department
- Technical feasibility study and effort estimates
- Ensure integration within the existing SAP architecture and other systems
- Coordination and execution of functional and integration tests
- Collaboration in projects and cross-departmental project teams
- Processing and documentation of change requests
- Customizing and parameterization of the software used
- 2nd Level Support
- Support of the specialist department in the use of SAP applications
- Error Analysis and Troubleshooting (Incident Management)
- Know-how transfer to other support units
- Coordination and coordination of external suppliers
- Customizing of the system on the basis of the process requirements in coordination with the business stakeholders and any other project participants affected
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher education with a focus on business informatics or commercial, business administration or several years of practical work experience
- SAP knowledge and experience in SAP module and application EAM
- Knowledge of third-party systems relevant to the field
- Methodological knowledge and extensive experience in project requirements management and customer consulting
- Experience in user support (2nd level support)
- Sound ITIL knowledge
- In-depth SAP application and integration know-how
- Experience in the implementation and support of projects and further developments in an international environment
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
- Target group-oriented communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and team-oriented way of working
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Resilience, reliability and adherence to deadlines
- Flexibility in dealing with change
- Willingness to travel (20-40%)
