We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Application Owner to join our team in Wałbrzych or Jelcz-Laskowice, Poland, and take end-to-end responsibility for our SAP EAM landscape in a global industrial environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the SAP EAM application landscape and act as end-to-end Application Owner
- Serve as the main interface between IT and business (maintenance, production, quality, purchasing)
- Drive continuous improvement of EAM processes across international production sites
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EAM solutions
- Design, customize and optimize SAP EAM processes in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP EAM within the overall SAP architecture and connected systems
- Coordinate functional and integration testing as well as solution rollouts
- Manage change requests, enhancements and further application developments
- Provide 2nd level support, incident analysis and troubleshooting
- Coordinate and manage external service providers and project partners
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable practical experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP EAM / SAP PM in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of SAP customizing, integration and interfaces
- Experience in application ownership, functional consulting or application management
- Proven experience in requirements management and business process optimization
- Experience with 2nd level support and incident management
- Good understanding of ITIL-based support processes
- Experience working in international projects and cross-functional teams
- Very good English skills (spoken and written); German is a strong plus
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented personality with willingness to travel (20–40%)
